Rules & Discipline
- Must attend minimum 5 working days/week
- Full-time: at least 6 hours/day
- Part-time: at least 4 hours/day
- No notice for absence = penalty
- Repeated low performance = ban possible
- Salary increase occurs every 2,000 hrs if performance is good
- Only valid excuses (marriage, maternity, sickness) are considered for official leave
